Full Time Handyman WANTED

Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights and laundry.

Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.

Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.

Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed.

Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.

Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility and or jobsites - depending on assigned task of day/week.

Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.

Ability to safely use common power and hand tools

HVAC knowledge and repair skills

Experience installing and replacing plumbing systems

Strong communication skills with property management and tenants

Self-starter with good time management skills

8 Years experience minimum

Must have new construction knowledge and be able to read drawings.

Pay is based on experience.
