Career Strategies is seeking dynamic Leasing Consultants to join our team in the Palm Springs, CA area and surrounding cities.

Positions also available in the Coachella Valley, San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire

The ideal candidates will have strong sales and customer service skills, with a passion for property management and leasing. This role involves interacting with prospective residents, conducting property tours, and assisting with lease agreements.

Duties:

- Conduct property tours for potential residents

- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

- Assist in the completion of lease agreements and collect rental deposits

- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current tenants in the property management system

- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations

- Utilize Yardi or OneSite software for leasing activities

- Handle resident concerns and resolve conflicts professionally

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

- 1 year previous experience in Property Management

- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite

- Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) is a PLUS

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and guidelines

- Excellent conflict management skills
