Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to be based in Dana Point, California. This role involves providing customer support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within the telecommunications industry. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls with professionalism and providing solutions to customer inquiries. Processing customer credit applications with efficiency and accuracy. Maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer credit records. Resolving customer credit inquiries promptly and effectively. Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking necessary actions to collect delinquent payments. Assisting in directing people to registration, bathroom, sessions, exhibits, etc. during on-site events. Adapting to changing circumstances and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Upholding the company's customer service standards and striving to provide a high level of service at all times. Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience. Providing feedback on customer interactions and issues to help improve our service offerings. Requirements Proven experience in a customer service role Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to handle inbound calls efficiently and effectively Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and tools Ability to effectively handle difficult customer situations and high-stress environments Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet Attention to detail and accuracy in all communications and documentation Familiarity with industry best practices and relevant regulations Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or routines Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
