Maintenance Technician

An established property management and facility maintenance company is seeking a skilled, responsible individual to perform repairs and maintenance on commercial and residential properties. Responsibilities include but not limited to: diagnosing, troubleshooting, routine and preventative maintenance as well as emergency repairs. Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, masonry, electrical, painting and mechanical systems is required. Must have a valid NYS driver's license, reliable transportation and own tools. This is a part-time position, requiring an individual to be on call, work independently, organized, detail oriented, and be able to perform work from a ladder at heights at or above six feet.
