Light Maintenance Needed

Maintenance needed including minor electrical (replacing outlets, sockets, smoke & CO2 detectors and light fixtures), minor plumbing including but not limited too fixing toilet seats, lose toilets; replacing locks, doors, door frames, handrails, fixing closet doors, replacing refrigerator and range components and drywall repairs.
