Architectural Designer and Draftsperson Wanted for contract work

I am in need of an architectural assistant who can take a set of Design Development drawings through to completion for permitting. Most jobs are small and would take about 8-16 hours to complete. I generally design the project through schematics, get Owner approval, and then set the engineers on their respective contributions. The candidate would be adept at AutoCAD and would be comfortable working on equal time between commercial and residential projects. The pay would be commensurate with experience; however, ideally, a fixed fee would be assigned once familiarity with the scope of work was discussed.
