Assembly Technician

Description:Electronic assembly, quality, and safety procedures.

Assemble small to medium size, electro-mechanical assemblies.

Follow detailed assembly instructions

Attention to detail

Production work, high repetition, small builds of same or similar products, build times minutes to hours in length.

Some work under magnification tool including 40X microscope.

Load firmware onto circuit boards.

Handling of very small mechanical parts and delicate electronics during mechanical assembly

Use of hand and power tools.

Follow written assembly, quality, and safety procedures.

Clearly and legibly complete all required written documentation.

Enter data into spreadsheets.ESD protected area

Good mechanical aptitude/manual dexterity with precision small parts

Previous electronic assembly - three years preferred

Proficient with computers

Strong attention to detail

Positive attitude towards work, motivated team player

The ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
