About the Role Reporting to the Senior Commercial Director of Nurse Readiness, you'll support the objectives and implementation of commercial go-to-market strategies. Specifically, DirectCourse solutions in the North America region. The Senior Commercial Manager will drive forward, operationalize, and execute Go-To-Market and commercial strategies. They will drive profitable growth and commercial success for the portfolio. Responsibilities

Defining customer needs and developing strategies to go after those opportunities. Working as the organization’s primary market expert. Bringing customer and market perspective to the prioritization of product roadmaps and market strategies fostering strategic customer and partner relationships. Identify M&A targets.

Identifying, innovating, and driving forward DirectCourse solutions commercial business models. Enabling growth and achieving customer adoption for long-term success. This requires an understanding of the Workforce market and ability to communicate and collaborate to develop mutually agreeable goals. (Externally).

Leading the execution of market launches for DirectCourse solutions. Collaborating with the cross-functional team that includes marketing, customers success, content partners andother key stakeholders. Identifying & partnering with pilot customers driving user validated product launches and migrations.

Developing relationships with strategic customers and participate on sales calls. Share strategic innovation roadmaps and support the sales team in partnering with Elsevier customers

Supporting the North American Sales and Account Management teams. Developing and implementing market strategies across key market segments and removing obstacles for closing sales.

Requirements

Have a college education with Industry experience.

Understand the Direct Support Workforce markets inNorth America. Focusing on agency, state, and national leaders and their need to support home and community-based programs.

Be proactive and able to work successfully in a matrixed environment. Leading through demonstration, commitment, and understand our marketplace.

Able to understand the needs of our customers and build relationships to achieve results.

Demonstrate success in forming compelling marketstrategies and meeting customer needs while delivering on financial commitments in a fast-changing market.

Have business and financial acumen withconsultative selling abilities, excellent communication skills with senior leaders and customers. Paired with strategic thinking and outstanding execution focus.

Able to proactively and continuously identifyareas for improvement, growth and develop supplemented solutions. Understanding needs of our customers and build relationships to achieve results.Demonstrate success in forming compelling marketstrategies and meeting customer needs while delivering on financial commitments in a fast-changing market. Including having business and financial acumen with consultative selling abilities, excellent communication skills with senior leaders and customers.
