Sautee cook

Busy Italian restaurant seeks experienced sautee cook. Must have knowledge of creating soups, different sauces, braising, fabricating meats and fishes. Culinary education is a plus but not mandatory. Must be clean, drug and drama free. Full time, not a cash position. Hourly + overtime.
