Twenty-Person Architectural Firm looking for Full time Office Manager (this is an in person position, no remote work).
Responsibilities
Complete monthly billings to clients for Architectural Services provided.
Complete all financial documents in QuickBooks and coordinate with outside CPA consultant.
Submit bi-monthly employee Payroll to ADP.
Handle Employee Human Resource's records.
Maintain company Human Resource Policies.
Work with Ownership to ensure that policies are enforced and implement new ones.
Supervise two direct Administrative Employee's.
Qualifications
7 years minimum working experience as Office Manager with Accounting and HR responsibilities.
AAS or BS Degree in Financial Service/Accounting preferred.
QuickBooks
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
