Office mgr postion available at Great small biz
We are a small Green / recycling company located in S. San Jose , looking for an office manager as our long time OM has to move out of the area.
We have been in business for over 22 years and in the same location for over sixteen.
We are looking for the right person to keep our business rolling along smoothly, someone who is well versed in all phases of QuickBooks, personable, organized, good with customers and vendors, and a good teammate. Small business experience preferred but not necessary.
Qualities
Good Character, reliable, mature and a serious attention to detail
Can manage people and be responsible
Positive attitude and a Good worker
QuickBooks experience 4 years bookkeeping including entering Invoices, Purchase Orders, Inventory, Bank Reqs, cc charges and refunds etc.
Customer service skills, warm, friendly & Likable
Very organized (organizational skills)
Able to lift 30lbs
Sales/account management experience is a major plus!
Desire to learn and add new skills to your experience resume
Must have 3 yrs or more experience as an Office Manager
Ability to manage staff and interact with vendors and suppliers.
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, QuickBooks and internet skills
Strong organizational skills, great communicator
