Well-established commercial janitorial services company has opportunities for those seeking regular employment assignments. Currently, we have immediate need for the following:

Apartment Turnovers - Work is assigned primarily during daytime hours from 10:00 AM to 5 PM, as needed. Perform thorough and deep clean to prepare apartment for new tenants or to show potential tenants. This requires an individual with significant attention to detail and able to work a varied but busy schedule, particularly June through August.

Floater - This position is utilized to cover assignments when normally assigned employees are not available due to vacation or other time away from work. This position requires a candidate willing and able to work in different locations during the week as needed. Hours and days of the week worked may vary.

We are also seeking Part-time Cleaners for regular evening assignments. Job duties include but are not limited to:

Cleaning work areas, break rooms, and common areas including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and wiping down counters.

Sanitizing restrooms including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down sinks, brushing down toilets, cleaning mirrors, emptying trash, and filling soap and paper dispensers.

Emptying trash throughout facility.

Other related cleaning tasks.

Prior commercial cleaning experience is preferred. Qualified candidates have a strong work ethic, good attention to detail, customer service skills and work well in both a team environment and independently.
