Light construction and Maintenance

Experienced worker needed to join our property management team. Duties include general maintenance work on apartment buildings and houses. Light construction and remodeling. Painting experience and some experience in basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical is a plus. This is an opportunity to work with an experienced staff to learn all the trades. Must be a local resident with transportation to/from work. This is a full time position with a work schedule of M-F 6 am - 3 pm. Overtime is always available. Eligible candidates can qualify for paid vacation, paid holidays, and a 401K program.
