Office Assistant/Dispatch/Office Manager/Bookkeeper

We are a local tree and landscaping service company looking for someone to assist and support the owners.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Answer Telephones/excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software system

Support field productivity through efficient scheduling and prioritizing efforts

Special projects to support the field, sales and management teams

General bookkeeping skills: Creating Invoices, recording payments

If experienced at Office Manager/Bookkeeper level, responsibilities may include monitoring/approving timesheets, processing payroll, processing accounts payables, entering receipts, reconciling accounts; 50-75% of this work is answering phone calls, scheduling jobs, and creating invoices.

Requirements:

Ability to work independently with little to no supervision

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work

Ability to maintain confidential of sensitive information

Attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Resolve issues in a professional manner

Valid State issued driver’s license

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Working knowledge of office equipment and printers

Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel

Prior data entry or administrative experience a plus

Basic understanding of accounting or bookkeeping a plus

Hours: Monday – Friday 8 am- 5pm (some flexibility depending on needs): Full-time but Part-time may be considered with minimum of 25 hours a week.

This is an in-person position

Pay is DOE! Range $18-$28+ /hour
