Property Manager Wanted!

WinnCompanies is searching for a Property Manager to join our team at North Creek Crossings at Meriam Park, a 162-unit multi-family community located in Chico, CA.

In this role, you will effectively manage, market, and maintain the apartment community, meet the financial objectives of the owner and management company, and comply with all applicable regulatory standards and requirements.

Please note that the pay range for this position is $25.00 to $26.00 per hour, and the selected candidate will receive a 3-bedroom on-site unit. We also offer a comprehensive bonus package and the opportunity to work alongside a tight-knit team.
