Accounts Payable/Office Assistant
We are a medium size company located in North Bergen, NJ seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable/Office Assistant to join our team. This role primarily involves clerical and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, entering data, and facilitating payments.
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Respond to emails promptly and professionally.
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents.
Communicate with vendors and follow up on inquiries or discrepancies.
Requirements:
Knowledge of MS Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
