Hydraulic Crane Operator

Our Heavy Industries Group is looking to hire a New York State Licensed Hydraulic Crane Operator for a project in Painted Post, NY.

Primary Responsibilities:

Safely operate hydraulic cranes in accordance with all safety protocols and procedures.

Inspect cranes before and after each use to ensure they are in proper working condition.

Operate crane controls to lift, move, and position loads with precision and accuracy.

Communicate effectively with ground crew and signalers to coordinate crane movements.

Understand load capacities and adhere to weight limits to prevent overloading.

Adhere to all relevant industry regulations and standards, including OSHA requirements.

Perform routine maintenance tasks on cranes, such as lubrication and minor repairs.

Maintain accurate records of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or accidents during crane operations.

Stay updated on advances in crane technology, safety procedures, and regulations through training and professional development opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

New York State License as a Hydraulic Crane Operator.

Proof of work experience with similar responsibilities as listed above.

Valid driver’s license.

Four month project in Painted Post, NY.

Per diem for six(6) days.
