Job Summary:

Great Southern Technologies is growing and currently seeking to add a Designer/Draftsman

position to our Broken Arrow, OK office. Great Southern Technologies is an innovative specialty

engineering company and technologies leader in consulting, engineering and field services within

the refining and petrochemical sector. The position will be involved in new equipment, revamp

and study projects within the company and include an array of job responsibilities, learning

opportunities, along with industry exposure. To best service this position, the individual(s) must

have a minimum of 5 years of fired heater drafting (structural and piping) experience (AutoCAD).

What you will be doing

 Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed technical drawings

 Collaborate with engineers and designers to develop system designs

 Ensure drawings comply with industry codes and standards

 Review and interpret technical specifications to produce accurate drawings

 Assist in the creation of mechanical components and assemblies

 Supports and promotes company values

 Proficiency in AutoCAD software

 Possess innovative thinking for structural design challenges

 Self‐motivated and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

 Ability to interpret technical drawings

 Strong attention to accuracy

 Mechanical knowledge to understand system design requirements
