Flooring Installers Wanted for Competitive pay!
Currently, we are actively seeking a proficient Form Carpenter and Concrete Finisher offering a competitive wage of $16-$24.00 per hour.
We are seeking skilled and experienced Flooring Installers to join our team. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing all types of flooring materials. You will work on both residential and commercial projects, ensuring high-quality installations and customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Measure and prepare the work area for flooring installation
- Remove existing flooring materials as needed
- Install flooring materials according to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines
- Cut and shape flooring materials to fit the designated space
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete installations
- Ensure proper alignment and spacing of flooring materials
- Apply adhesives, caulk, or other necessary materials for installation
- Perform trim carpentry work, including baseboards and moldings
- Repair or replace damaged flooring materials as required
- Clean up work area and remove debris after installation is complete
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Flooring Installer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various flooring materials and installation techniques
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely
- Able to lift 50 lbs. + and work on ground for long hours
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
