Looking for an additional team member. Experience preferred, but not required. Quality character is valued more than experience. The needed skills can be taught.

Desired skills:

Prioritizing safety in decision-making

Understanding of chainsaw use and maintenance, including chain sharpening

Driving large truck

Ability to back a trailer

Finding efficient routes to job sites

Clear communication with coworkers

Understanding the basics of rope rigging

Ability to operate a wood chipper

Must have a clean criminal history, as we sometimes cross the Canadian border to work over in Point Roberts
