Small Parts Assembler Full-Time

Job Purpose:

Produces small kits by assembling small dental parts and subassemblies.

Duties:

Prepare parts for assembly, kitting and/or shipping. Requires repetitive hand-counting of very small plastic components prior to final packaging.

Requires very good hand/eye coordination, attention to detail, etc.

Inspect and verify quality of components during the counting and assembly process.

Label final product per company guidelines

Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.

Gather and pick completed product from warehouse shelves in preparation for shipment

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:

Able to hold and consistently count very small plastic components and/or other items. Able to discern small defects in components. Good hand-eye coordination, ability to work independently. Potential to grow/transition into other support areas (picking, packing/shipping, etc.)
