Flooring Installation Scheduler

TADA! Services is accepting applications for a full-time well qualified Flooring Installation Scheduler.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Send out reminder notice to installers for the Customer Service work schedule for the day

- Check emails.

- Create and Collect work orders from PMs and check them to make sure the billing and diagram are correct.

- Make sure all the work orders were in the correct date.

- Take calls from field.

- Collect sign offs and send them to CSR Rep.

- Send work orders that are billables ones to the Accounts Payable Department.

- Get all the work orders ready for the following day.

- Dispatch all work orders and schedule for the following day.

- Warehouse and Inventory management
