Duties include but not limited to the following:

Reconcile bank statements

Data entry

Enter and pay bills

Payroll

Manage credit card accounts and payment discrepancies.

Assist with accounting

Maintaining company files.

Following up on open balances.

Must be able to find solutions to arising issues.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.

Quickbooks (2 Years+).

Microsoft Office (2 Years+).

Basic understanding of financial reporting

Sense of urgency to meet deadlines

Bilingual English, Spanish.

Able to work in the US
