Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven, professional Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for helping clients navigate challenging times. This role is pivotal in conducting interest meetings with potential new clients and guiding them through the engagement process with empathy and understanding. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct interest meetings with potential new clients, understanding their needs and concerns.

Guide prospective clients towards understanding the firm's value and expertise, ultimately leading to engagement.

Maintain a service-oriented approach to sales, helping clients envision a positive future through our legal services.

Achieve sales goals and KPIs, consistently delivering strong performance.

Utilize emotional intelligence to build rapport with potential clients, handling sensitive situations with diplomacy and tact.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the firm's services to effectively communicate value to prospective clients.

Participate in continuous learning and training to stay updated on the firm's offerings and client needs.

Qualifications:

Proven sales career track record, ideally in high-end products like jewelry, cars, real estate, or luxury brand apparel.

Education and/or work experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate value and guide clients through the sales process.

Confidence, diplomacy, and a willingness to speak frankly when needed.

High emotional intelligence, with the ability to handle sensitive situations empathetically.

Goal-oriented mindset, driven by sales targets and KPIs.

Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales.

Why Join Us:

Competitive compensation with on-target earnings ranging from $64,000 to $108,000 based sales. There is NO base pay. Income is entirely based on selling and closing deals.
