We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Production Support- Department Team Leader to join our team. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A MINIMUM 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and lead a team of packaging operators to achieve daily production targets.

Maintain production schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Monitor production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and conduct regular inspections to maintain product integrity.

Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and resolve issues.

Maintain accurate production records and reports for performance tracking and analysis.

Uphold safety regulations and promote a culture of safety awareness among team members.

Train new team members on packaging processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.

Provide feedback to upper management regarding team performance and goals.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in a high-paced environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.

Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

SHOP/WAREHOUSE ENVIRONMENT:

Temperatures may be extreme. Applicants must be able to tolerate seasonal changes.

Periods of standing, hanging, lifting, loading and unloading

MUST be able to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.

Quality Control - Inspect parts for quality issues.

From Broadway (East of Priest), head SOUTH on Industrial Park Avenue. Pass through the 4 way stop. We will be located on the left side towards the end of the street.

When you arrive on-site, park in the 1st parking lot and walk through either gate to the back (2nd) building. The entrance is under the black awning-OFFICE.
