Position: Night Shift Precision Sheet Metal Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the night shift operations of the precision sheet metal department.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members working with press brakes and laser cutters.

Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Train and mentor staff to optimize performance and adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements:

Able to read and interpret shop drawings.

Proven experience managing a precision sheet metal department.

In-depth knowledge of press brakes and laser cutter operations.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
