Purchasing Assistant Paint & Drywall

Principal Duties: Ordering Paint & Drywall material - Campbell Painting is willing to train the right candidate.

Qualifications:

Effective oral and written communication skills

Outstanding organization skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

Proficient in Spanish: Must be able to speak, read, and write

Must have reliable transportation to our office in Chino, CA 91710

Responsibilities: Include scheduling and ordering drywall/paint material, answering phone calls from stores, vendors, and supervisors, correcting purchase orders and converting them into bills, paying bills, and creating and adjusting drywall/paint templates.
