Malibu cafe in search of experienced Manager

Broad Street Coffee Co. is searching for a barista\ manager to enhance their existing coffee program. Bscc features a classic coffee program, classic pastries, Hank's bagels & soft serve + gelato bar. We serve coffee manufactory & we take our coffee seriously.

The ideal candidate has a strong coffee background and is great with customer service.

Main duties:

Knowing how to dial in espresso.

Basic latte art

Understanding of pour over, French press, cold brew and other brewing techniques.

Inventory Management

Scheduling

Can do attitude

Being punctual

Passion for coffee
