Experienced Handyman Wanted

I am a house flipper in the Denver area. I am looking for an experienced handyman to assist with skilled labor and finish work.

I can offer at least 20 hours a week at $30 an hour.

You will work closely with me on-site to assist with small-scale residential renovation work. You will be a part of the entire renovation process, from beginning to end. This means you will spend most of your time on a construction site, mostly indoors and sometimes outdoors. Examples of tasks include framing, repairing drywall, installing windows/doors, trim and baseboard, laying flooring, tile work, and painting. If you like variety in your day-to-day work life, then this may be the job for you.

Job Requirements

-Be able to commit to at least 20 hours a week

-Be prompt, show up on time, and be able to manage your time

-Needs a reliable mode of transportation. A truck is a must.

-Possesses strong communication skills

-Working knowledge of construction/general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, & finish work

-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently

-Strong attention to detail with high standards of quality work

-Needs to be insured
