Job Description:

As a customer service/office Admin at Hannibal’s Catering & Events, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, tenants, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include

Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.

Taking catering phone sales orders.

Answering catering leads generated from inquiries, referrals and repeat clients.

Assisting with administrative tasks such as monitoring online order and entering new catering orders

Serve as a liaison between client and operation departments to ensure seamless execution of events.

Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the ordering and planning process, addressing any last-minute requests or adjustments.

Providing general support to the office and operation teams.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional demeanor and appearance.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Previous customer service or food service/ hospitality experience is a plus.

Position: Full-time Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
