Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced Armed and Unarmed Security Officers to join our elite team. As an Armed Security Officer at Celebrity Protection Services, you will be responsible for providing armed protection to our clients and their assets. Your duties will include:
- Conducting patrols and security checks to maintain a safe environment
- Responding to incidents and emergencies with appropriate force as necessary
- Providing close protection to high-profile individuals as required
- Must be able to cope with mental and emotional stress related to working conditions.
- Must be able to use tools and equipment required.
- Excellent moral character and clean background free from excessive misdemeanors, traffic offenses, or any felonies
- Monitoring surveillance equipment and alarms
- Enforcing security policies and procedures with professionalism and tact
Requirements:
- (If applying to Armed Security Officer Roll): Previous experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military preferred
- Possession of a valid Florida Security D and G License
- Ability to handle firearms safely and effectively
- Strong knowledge of state laws and regulations regarding the use of force
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR/AED certification preferred
- Active driver's license
- Must pass a drug screen and background check
