Painter position for a property management company

We are a property management company looking to fill a maintenance position.

The roll will primarily consist of full time painting. We are looking for someone experienced with high end paint jobs, both interior and exterior. Please only apply if you are an experienced painter, experienced with power washing, staining decks, drywall repair, prep work etc.

Light carpentry and basic maintenance repairs is a plus, as we have a never ending list of home improvements to take care of.

Must not be afraid of heights as some exterior jobs are painting triple deckers.

Must have a valid drivers license and be comfortable driving. Company vehicle, ladders and supplies etc will be provided.

Full time position.

All of the properties are located in the Somerville and Cambridge area.
