NCDF is seeking a couple/roommate (2 people) to live on site and work part-time (approximately 25 hours/week) maintaining the common areas and grounds of a 75-unit mixed income apartment community.

Position entails weeknight emergency on-call coverage and rotating weekends; snow removal/ice management on

walkways during weekday evenings/early mornings and every weekend during winter season. Some working knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills a must and vehicle required. In lieu of compensation, live rent free in a 2-bedroom/1-bath apartment.
