Ramen shop & Izakaya hiring server & bartender

Toki Underground is an award winning, 90-seat restaurant located on Greenmount Ave in Baltimore, MD. We’re an Izakaya & Ramen bar serving up delicious food, drinks and great energy. The bar program consists of a curated craft cocktail menu, sake, beer and non-alcoholic drinks. We are currently looking for a bartender to join our team with experience in high volume, customer facing, fast paced environments and knowledge of classic cocktails. Familiarity with Asian cuisine a plus. We are looking for someone that loves food, can rise to a challenge and work well with a small team. Fri & Sat 5-11p

Expectations:

At least 3 years of restaurant experience

Excellent communication skills

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to occasionally lift 25 lbs. or more

Open availability is preferred (weekdays & weekends)

Provide excellent hospitality to guests and emphasis on selling

Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work with a team

Someone who shows initiative and displays positive energy
