Real Estate Investor Seeking Cold Caller/ Assistant

We are in the business of acquiring properties as well as construction. Looking for a motivated and preferably experienced assistance. The job entails mainly cold-calling prospective property owners, setting up appointments as well as other administrative duties

This is an in office position and if you are looking to work remotely kindly refrain from calling. Our offices are located on Long Island, Nassau County (Hicksville) .

We are looking for someone with experience and the pay consists of salary as well as commission. If you have no experience in the field will tutor you and provide you with guidance but in that event it will be mostly commission based.

This position requires a mandatory 2 weeks internship/ trial period. During these two weeks commissions will be paid but no salary. After the two weeks if we decide to keep you we will put you on a salary which will depend on your level of experience and performance.

Position Qualifications and Responsibilities:

- Cold calling and people skills are a must.

- Excellent communication skills

- Basic Computer skills

- Quick Learning Abilities

- Fluency in Spanish is a plus

Pay:

- Base salary of between $10-25 per hour depending on your ability and experience along with high commission per transaction

- You do not enjoy cold calling

- You want to work from home

- You are not wiling to go through the 2 weeks internship period

- You are not serious

- DO NOT call on Saturdays
