Head Cook for outdoor venue (Mexican food)

Experienced cook for high volume summer/fall venue. Must speak some english. We specialize in hand made tortillas and other Mexican favorites. Must be clean and comfortable in a leadership role. Looking to fill the role immediately! If you don’t have a food handlers card you will be required to get one ASAP.
