Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Analyst to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a passion for international recruitment. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from reviewing resumes to onboarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and evaluate resumes to identify suitable candidates

- Request updated information from applicants as needed

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential candidates

- Conduct interviews to assess applicants' qualifications and fit for the role

- Prepare and email offer letters to successful candidates

- Onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company

- Prepare and manage job postings across various platforms

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Proven experience in a Human Resources or recruiting role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management abilities

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

- Proficiency with HR software and recruitment tools
