General labor-assist maintenance, pick up trash from property, may help clear out items left behind in rental office or units.
$15.00-$18.00
Commercial Painter/Drywall-Paint and replace old drywall at commerical and rental properties.-$20.00
HVAC Technician-Experience working on HVAC, EPA a big plus. At commercial properties and some rental units. $20.00-$24.00
Hours are M-F-8:00am-5:00pm. Overtime if required.
