Residential Construction Field Supervisor

We are seeking a Field Supervisor for Residential Construction Company to join our team!

The Field Supervisor will be responsible of performing and supervising new construction projects, including but not limited to communication with subcontractors, consultants, real estate agents, assisting in obtaining necessary permits and completing all tasks according to assigned schedule and quality expectations.

The Field Supervisor will manage field crew and project execution following schedule and budget guidelines. As well as managing various projects, locations and size crews in the greater Houston area ranging in project size and duration.

The Field Supervisor should have the ability to manage time and various size crews, motivate and lead the team to successful project completion.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction management or other related fields

Strong leadership qualities

Strong negotiation skills

Deadline and detail-oriented

Must be bilingual, in English and Spanish

Must have a valid driver's license
