Changeover Technician - Swing Shift Meridian, ID (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=2901+E.+Pine+Ave.+Meridian+ID+USA+83642) Intermountain Blending and FillingDescriptionIntermountain Blending & Filling (a sister company of Scentsy) is looking for aChangeover Technicianto clean, sanitize, and prepare production equipment in preparation for production runs.Hours are 2:45pm-11:15pm M-FWhat You Will Do:

Dismantle, clean, sanitize, and reassemble machinery following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Inspect work areas for cleanliness by swabbing and testing to ensure equipment has been properly cleaned

Prepare equipment for production runs by loading appropriate containers, adjusting machines, changing labels, etc.

Participate in production runs by performing various duties such as placing sleeves on product, checking product seals, and removing product as it exits the machine

Clean gaskets, clamps, reducers, pumps, hoses, etc.

Perform basic cleaning duties, e.g. wiping down machines and equipment, mopping floors, and using cardboard baler and trash compactor

Complete required paperwork documenting results in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDPs)

Document and report any issues or malfunctions to Machine Maintenance Technicians and Leadership

Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment

Perform all other operator positions, assigned tasks, and requirements as needed

We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience working in a production environment preferred

Strong attention to detail

Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitizing equipment

Ability to use an Electric Pallet Jack

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Good customer service skills

Ability to stay on task and complete tasks from start all the way through to completion

Basic knowledge of computers and all applicable software including Microsoft Office and ability to learn applicable SAP transactions

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
