Warehouse Manager

The New Haven Companies Inc. is looking for a working warehouse manager.

Directs, supervises, and coordinates all activities of company’ San Leandro warehouse operations. Ensures shipping, receiving, storage and distribution performance are in an efficient manner. Takes precautions to secure warehouse contents against loss, inspects warehouse facilities and equipment in order to maintain a safe, and effective work place. You will oversees all activities of the warehouse workers and participates in inventory control.

This position is a working manager position. This Manager would load, unload, forklift operate, pallet jack, work along side his leads to Direct warehouse associates of their crew in day to day responsibilities. This manage would over see our hours of service software with our drivers to make sure deliveries are scheduled. The manage would report to our General Manager of the location. Supervisor a crew of up to 10 employees. Would love to have a supervisor who has warehouse experience ready to move to a leader role who can be an effective manager and work along side their crew and direct and guide them. Would prefer someone who has product knowledge in the moving and storage. Who brings a can do attitude. Monday through Friday . This position would be a salaried position.
