Evening Shift Painter / Painting Fish & Shark Replicas

Mount This Fish Company is looking for a motivated individual who can work an evening shift pushing base colors on fish and shark replicas. Mount This Fish Company replicas are life lasting memories for avid anglers and wall decor displayed throughout the world.

Primary tasks:

Priming

Base Coating

Clear Coating

Occasional Additional tasks:

Airbrushing on standard paint schedule replicas but this task is not mandatory for the position.

Pay based on experience. Have you painted cars professionally? Have you mastered an airless paint sprayer? We use pneumatic paint guns with 22oz gravity fed PPS system pots and the process is pretty straight forward. The faster you can comprehend our process and fish paint schedules, the quicker the pay rate can increase.

Knowing your fish specie is not required but would shorten the learning curve.

This position might be a great fit for someone looking for some additional hours in the evening, students that have class during the day. The scheduled could be adjusted as needed. For example if you wanted to work 3-4 hours each evening for 5 days a week. Or if you want to work 2-3 shifts but put in solid 8 hours into the night. We are flexible on this.

Position is available to begin immediately at part time and work into full time as techniques and processes are learned. Full time work is not required though, only available if the applicant so desires.
