Journeyman Hardwood Flooring Installer/Refinisher - $27-32/hour

ECO Floors is an expanding flooring company based out of SE Portland. We are an owner operated business focused on delivering top notch customer service and industry leading installation. Our team has over 75 years of experience, and we’d love to add more to that! We are looking for an experienced individual who can take a sand-in-place hardwood flooring job from start to finish. Our teams members are very important to us, and we treat them accordingly. We invest a lot into our employees, so we expect to find someone who plans on being with us for a long time. Jobsite Skills

Must be able to:

Good customer communication skills

Demo all types of flooring

Install all types of hardwood/engineered flooring (nail, glue, click)

Includes setup and lace-in’s

Install new subfloors

Be able to asses and and perform needed leveling

Perform a full sand/finish with water based products and stains

Preferred but can be taught

Install squeak free, tightly cut, up to code stairs

Perform repairs when needed
