Construction Estimator

Responsibilities Include:

Taking information from salesforce platform – pictures, diagrams, and notes - and transcribing it all into a comprehensive construction quote. (Use of estimate programs do not work in this specialty business)

Training will be done by the owner and easily laid out templates with concise line-item by line-item information ready for pricing is used.

Requirements:

The candidate should have AT LEAST one of the following:

1) engineering background, with minimum of 4-year degree

2) construction super (unlimited mass or ABC Boston) with excellent administrative skills and follow through or

3) 4-year degree with minimum 15 years field experience as a carpenter or mason with excellent administrative follow through

The ideal candidate will have above average computer skills with sales force background, will not mind being at a computer all day, and the ability to utilize phone pictures and establish correct pricing.

Training should take roughly 30 days to catch on.

Willing to consider remote and or part time at an hourly rate for this position however, training will be in person.

Top pay is negotiable for the proper candidate (90 k plus)
