Framing/siding

I am looking for 1 or 2 independent contractors for general framing, siding and remodel work this summer. I will pay good. Would prefer 2 guys that like to work together already. Must have icec and liability as well as basic tools and transportation. I do not want to micromanage. I want a clean and respectful environment.
