Experienced Butcher/Meat Cutter
Meat cutter/butcher, 30-40 hours per week (with overtime available). Very busy premium butcher shop in East Flagstaff. Primary responsibilities include cutting beef and pork tenderloins, chicken breasts and thighs, short loins, ribeye, clods, and other primal cuts of beef for retail presentation and related packaging business. Prior meat cutting/butcher experience required. Will train if necessary minimum experience is established. Hourly pay ($22-$28/hour) depending on experience.
