We are seeking skilled Construction crew members to join our team. As a Construction crew member, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various construction projects, ensuring worksites are safe and clean, and supporting the overall success of the construction team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Perform tasks involving physical labor on construction projects
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the worksite
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in construction or related field is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
Successful candidates will undergo a 3-week trial period upon hiring.
