Very Part Time Community Advocate - Mobile Home Park

This is a perfect add on job for someone who lives close by and wants to make some extra money! We are looking for a no-nonsense, organized and resourceful individual to be our Community Advocate for a mobile home park! We don't need much of your time every week, just a few basic tasks that need to be completed each week, on your schedule. Super part time!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver non-payment notices every month on the 5th in the AM
- Door knock as needed for those who we cannot get ahold of via phone / email
- Weekly drive through of the property with video
- Ensure the park is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
- Write up violations as needed (check for them weekly)
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with tenants
- Attend evictions as needed (this will be paid in addition to base pay)
- Communicate with our team via Slack and Monday.com
Experience:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not needed
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
