Nonprofit Legal Expertise

Looking for legal expertise in conducting day-to-day business operations with a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. "Do's and Don't's" of what you are allowed to do (or not do) concerning websites, donation flyers, general advertising, etc. Help with any "Conflict of Interest" Policies, etc. This is all "virtual" assistance in nature. There is no legal filings, IRS/tax representation or other formal legal representation - therefore, a qualified and knowledgeable paralegal/legal assistant would suffice.
