Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Property Manager to oversee the management of their properties. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling a wide range of property management responsibilities. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a customer-focused approach.Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring high standards of service and tenant satisfaction.

Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining positive relationships.

Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Coordinate leasing activities, including marketing vacant properties, conducting property showings, and processing lease agreements.

Supervise property maintenance and repairs, liaise with contractors, and ensure timely resolution of work orders.

Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking.

Handle rent collections, process payments, and enforce lease terms.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Train, supervise, and support property management staff.

Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and tenant retention.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in property management or a related field, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.

Proven experience in managing residential and commercial properties.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and property management software.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and demands.

Knowledge of property management best practices and local regulations.

Real estate license or relevant certification is a plus.
